From the super hot through the tantalisingly sweet and spicy to the robust flavours of smoked chillies, we have the chilli sauce or condiment for you. The karrimah farm range brings to you the bright zesty tastes of Asia, the rich complex combinations of India and the sultry smoky flavours of South America. The chillies we use in our products are grown right here on our farm in Western Australia. Because we grow our own chillies, we are able to GUARANTEE that they are of the highest quality and are absolutely free from pesticides. In keeping with this quality guarantee, we hand make all our products. We do not use any artificial flavourings, colourings or preservatives. All of our sauces and condiments are made by us - we don't outsource any of our production. In fact, because we needed smoked chillies, we started our own smoking process. We were the first company in Western Australia to produce smoked chillies and one of only two or three in Australia. In smoking the chillies, we even use wood sourced from trees on our property!
