Chilli Festival 2010

Perth's annual chilli festival, run by Araluen Botanic Park and the City of Fremantle will be held at Esplanade Park in Fremantle on Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th March 2010. Look for Karrimah Farm at the Chillifreak.com stand. We'll be there with all your favourite products and information about what's going on at Karrimah Farm in 2010. Saturday 13th March midday - 8pm Sunday 14th March 10am - 5pm. Hope to see you there

In this class we'll continue our journey through the colourful, varied and exciting world of Mexican cooking. You'll learn the secrets of two of Mexico's most famous dishes:

  • Mole Poblano (Puebla style turkey mole) - this rich, enticing blend of ingredients (including chocolate) soon becomes an addiction
  • Chiles En Nogada - Mexico's famous stuffed chillies with walnut sauce, a real taste experience

and get the inside tips on what to serve with these "fiesta" dishes:

  • green rice, beans, salsas, tortillas…….
